Cynergie are part of the Davies Group Customer Solutions Division. We provide complaint handling and compliance review services across regulated industries such as Financial Services, Utilities and Ombudsman Services. Cynergie helps our clients process complaints or compliance/review work through the provision of either temporary resources (contract) to work on client site or via a full outsourced managed service. We have managed service centres in Peterborough and Birmingham, plus over 20 other UK sites within the Davies Group. In addition we offer complementary services for multi-channel ‘voice of the customer’ surveys, with our Servicetick solutions, plus we can advise clients on complaint handling improvement.
