Cynergie are a UK based services organisation operating since 2001. We supply temporary/interim resources for complaints and compliance review work and we provide managed services from our own sites. We work primarily across regulated industries such as financial services, utilities, audit firms and regulatory bodies such as Ombudsman service providers.
Cynergie are part of the Davies Group Customer Solutions division within which we also provide complementary integrated solutions for ‘voice of the customer’ surveys via the Servicetick solution set.
Our Peterborough and Birmingham Service Centres currently operate a fully managed service operation for complaint handling and within the Davies Group we have over 20 other UK sites. We are able to rapidly mobilise our large network of expert resources to work on client sites to help them manage their fluctuating workload needs in Complaints, Compliance Review and other compliance driven auditory/review/remediation based activities.
